Emocia.net provides a digital service for creating and sharing online cards (digital greeting cards).
The service delivers digital content only. No physical products are sold.
2. User content
- Users retain ownership of the content they create.
- Users are responsible for the content they submit.
- Illegal, abusive, or harmful content is not allowed.
3. Card access and delivery
- Cards are delivered digitally via a private link.
- Users are responsible for sharing the link with recipients.
- Access links should be kept private.
4. Card deletion
- Unfinished cards may be deleted automatically.
- Finished cards can be deleted upon request.
- Deletion requests can be made via email or social media.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is".
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
6. Intellectual property
- The Emocia.net platform, design, and code are owned by Emocia.
- User-generated content remains the property of the user.
- User content is used only to provide the service.
7. Limitation of liability
Emocia.net is not responsible for:
- Emotional impact of card content.
- Card links shared publicly by users.
- Downtime or issues caused by third-party services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable international laws and regulations.
